Seeking full time day shift position in: Production/ Manufacturing/Assembly/ Mechanical/ General labor

Production/ Manufacturing Assembler worked as part of a team responsible for assembling products and/or sub-assemblies. Using a variety of hand and power tools, fixtures, test equipment, and work instructions, assembled electronic and mechanical components ensuring completed work met all quality standards. Previous Work Responsibilities :

• Received electronic or verbal instructions regarding the order in which products were to be built and followed detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures to assemble assigned products on the line.

• Fitting, aligned, routed, wires, and assembles electronic and mechanical components in metal or plastic enclosures using a variety of tools, fixtures, and fasteners.

• Examined all components for defects before and after work completed. Reported problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to Production Supervisor.

• Disassembled/Reassembled products or components to facilitate troubleshooting and repair activities when needed.

• Maintained a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing operations.

• Performed regular cycle counts of supplies required and amount of products completed.

• Maintained “supplies inventory” by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, and communicating with Material Handlers regarding needed items.

• Cross-trained in other areas and provided training to coworkers as needed to build flexibility of the Production team.

Qualifications :

• Basic written and verbal communication skills with ability to speak, read and comprehend work procedures “Bom's”, job travelers,work orders,ect.

• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret work orders.

• Use tools that require fine hand skills.

• Able to pass a background check,alcohol & drug test,and physical.. Mechanical Assembly and Production background over ten years

• Currently Sub Contract work at home 8/24/2016-2018 seeking full time day shift work with stable company.
