Led the project to bring ‘Bubble’ from very early prototype to market. ‘Bubble’ is a Playstation-like toy for children of 2-5 years old. A cartridge-based system it works with a DVD player to give the child a fully interactive experience - they feel that they are controlling their favorite TV characters.
I oversaw all aspects of the project: Hardware; Firmware; Software; Mechanical Engineering through various prototype stages to pilot and then full production in mainland China. This included working closely with engineering teams in the US; Software production teams in the UK and vendors and the factory in China (including 4 months there during the Production phase).
