OBJECTIVE:

Pursuing opportunities to manage and provide the overall direction of a research and development, and techno-marketing program. I possess the necessary qualification and experience to successfully meet the challenges brought about by revolutionary changes in the field of polymer research and techno-marketing in adhesives, resins and inks, electrical insulation, packaging films, polymer composites, polyimide resin and foam, silicone resins, paints and inks, hot melt adhesives, UV curable coating and inks, cross-linked heat shrinkable polythene, conducting polymer, photovoltaic cell and optical digital data storage. This experience helps me designing new polymer system.

SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE:

I have been working in the field of polymeric materials in four very reputed polymer based companies as research and development head for more than 18 years. The fields of research are gravure and CI flexo inks and adhesive for flexible packaging, UV inks and coatings, silicone modified unsaturated polyester, epoxy, silicone, polyurethane, amide based hot melt adhesive, polyimide resin and foam, vinyl ester, vinyl emulsion and modified alkyd resins. I have been also working in the field of polymer processing such as injection blow molding for heat shrinkable polymer, blow molding, packaging films, cross-linked polyethylene, pultrusion and glass composites as well as rubber processing. Manager (R&D) in three reputed companies with research interests in flexible and printed electronic systems. My research interest includes the design and manufacture techniques of new materials, micro-and nano-processing technology, the study of nano-imprint and optoelectronic devices (OLED, OFET display, solar battery, flexible organic solar cell, etc.). Few of my works have been recognized as pioneering by internationally renowned journals such as IEEE and Journal of Applied Polymer Science. With this I was also responsible for technical service as well as trouble shooting. I have also carried out some theoretical research for pure organic magnetic polymer, molecular solar cell and metal-dye for optical digital data storage and these are recognized by reputed journals.
