•Automation testing framework creation (Python, SoupUI, Selenium WD) with test cases coverage increased from 30% to 75%+ for the referenced Genesys products

•CIS development with jobs triggered by automated TC commit on GRS, GMS and CS projects.

•Tested client-server, web applications; Siebel Field Service, Siebel Finance, Siebel Marketing.
