Training Programs such as instructing fellow students/techs on the latest equipment including how to install, troubleshoot and operate the latest Apple and Microsoft computer applications for customer’s desktops, laptops and tablets, implementing new technical training programs and created training scenarios which simulate “real-world” environments for data and phone products.

Customer service relations skills such as ensuring quota levels for customer appointments to meet state and federal standards and I was instrumental in instituting a call-back procedure for subscribers on 10% of work completed to ensure customer satisfaction. I have been able to simplify instructions to enable customers to use advanced products and services.

Employee Supervisory abilities include conducting coaching and counseling sessions held on a bi-weekly basis to review and improve performance, recruit, hire and train all new employees as well as routed daily work schedules for all technicians and performed quality inspections of technician’s jobs.

Professional Achievements:

While at Comcast Communications as a Technical Instructor, I was able to use my technical training to reduce unnecessary repeat trouble calls by nearly 5% and increase productivity by 6.5%. These improvements have generated significant revenue growth for the Western New England region of Comcast during the period April 2012-Sept 2017.

In my position as a Technical Supervisor of a 6-person technical team including a 3-man sub-contracting team, I was responsible for overseeing the daily installation and troubleshooting of Cable Television service for a 20,000-subscriber system covering 9 towns in southern Middlesex County, Connecticut resulting in a promotion in May of 1995 to a position which included the addition of 5 more towns and a total of 12 technicians.
