• Provide sound legal counsel to upper management in the areas of Corporate Law, Contract Law, Construction Law, Employment Law, Property Law and Land Use Law.

• Experience with Massachusetts Public Construction Contracts, including but not limited to: EBO training, Certified Payroll, and submittal compliance.
