For the first few months after acquisition duties focused on integration issues and transfer of administrative functions to Pentair. Recent responsibilities have been narrowed to working with Pentair national sales team to expand and grow the business.

Established manufacturing company to design and fabricate prefabricated electrical branch wiring systems for the commercial electrical construction market. Developed and patented product and system offerings as well as proprietary custom manufacturing software. Started the business in my home garage and grew it to $14.5M in annual revenue (2016) with over 100 employees. Effectively CFO and COO with part-time bookkeeping support. Senior Project Manager September 2004 - July 2007

Responsible for project management of commercial and industrial construction projects - many with contract values exceeding $10M. Project types included hospitals/healthcare, correctional facilities, dormitories, critical power systems, hotels, high-rise residential and tenant improvements. Pioneered the use of the robotic total station for job-site applications. Managed projects estimated by Wilson's estimating department but also managed projects that I personally estimated and negotiated; had expert working knowledge of "Accubid" and trained other project management staff on its use. Responsible for all aspects of project management including contract review and negotiations, establishing project budgets, vendor buy-outs, submittals, value-engineering opportunities, construction means and methods, project design revision review, change order preparation/submission, and all day-to-day project management with internal support personnel, field electricians, sub-contractors, vendors and general contractors. Also established the first prefabrication facility at Wilson Electric utilizing means and methods I developed and implemented with assistance from other staff. Called upon to mentor and assist junior project management staff as needed.

Empowered with full life of project cycle from establishing budgets to close-out documents with little oversight from senior management.
