Value Engineering:

Initiate and assist in new VAVE projects focused on improving the cost and quality of current product lines. This may include new or enhanced design, materials or process related projects.

Identify cost reduction opportunities, prepare and implement related strategies, and drive efforts to realize savings

QVE coordinator for driving the Material QVE target set as per Schneider standard (0.6~0.7% of eCOGS) in the plant

Benchmarking the existing competitors to explore opportunities of value creation in similar product line.

Cost savings thru process optimization

Artheon Battery company : Complete set up and productionisation of VRLA front terminal battery for telecom sector, technology transfer for telecom battery

Tudor India: Set up of Cast on strap machine in assembly line and complete setup of test house for automotive battery testing.

Luminous: Gel battery manufacturing setup and paste filling operation set up. For tubular plates

Developed12V40AH, 12V80AH tubular batteries for solar application in TUDOR . Same was certified by CPRI(Bangalore) as per solar application guidelines

Instrumental in introducing “ADDO” brand motorcycle batteries for Indian market sourced from China after evaluation of more than 40 suppliers on various parameters like quality, manufacturing practices, price competitiveness, landed cost comparison in EASTMAN.

Stabilized the design parameters for VRLA range from 6V 4.5AH to 12V200AH in ARTHEON & LUMINOUS

Indigenously designed VRLA motorcycle battery range 12V2.5AH to 12V9AH in ARTHEON.

Successful prototype building and pilot run of GEL battery for invertor application in coordination with foreign consultant at LUMINOUS.
