In two weeks of my movement to the department our error rate was below 2%,our long distance clients no longer had returns, or shipping complaints and customers then started doubling and tripling their orders due to confidence in the department. I trained and rebuilt a whole new team to meet the standards. We successfully went from 100k/month to 1.2 million/month in less 4 months time. I invoiced, and managed workload for team members to best utilize our assets on the team.
