Dental Assistant, Dent- All By Dr. Z; Sherman Oaks, CA 2016- 2017 Prepare treatment room for patient by following prescribed procedures and protocols. Prepare patient for dental treatment by welcoming, comforting, seating, and draping patient. Assist the Dr during every procedure. Take X- Rays and impressions as needed. Provide accurate information to questions asked by patients. Answer phones and confirm appointments. Make sure to check all insurance eligibilities for the next day and have everything prepared. Open up the outside patio and set up all tables and chairs for customers. Set up all condiments and table cloths. Clean up the kitchen, set up the coffee and the teas. Restock all food, condiments, napkins, etc. Take all phone orders and call the managers when ready for pick up. Take all upcoming food orders as well as hookah orders. Let hookah man know about the hookah order. Make sure to take down any reservations for the weekend. Take down all table cloths and condiments at closing time. Put tables down and chairs put away. Turn off tea machine. Lights need to be off.

Graveyard shift. Set up all booths and tables. Restock fridge, desserts, condiments, vegetables for salad, make dressing, refill ice. Do all side work before the end of the shift. Take all orders ( even after you are left alone for the night) put in the system. Communicate anything additional to the chefs. Make cocktail drinks until manager leaves for the night. Make all shakes, desserts, and salads. Ring up all customers because I was the only person on the floor working (Cashier).
