JOHNSON & JOHNSON CONSUMER, Lititz, PA December 2006 – April 2018

Staff Engineer / Senior Project Engineer II (February 2010 – April 2018)

Managed the Ergonomic and Machine Safety (ZA or Zero Access) site wide programs, for a 1.2 million sq. ft site,

to reduce the safety risks for over 500 employees including providing training and best practice aids.

* Managed Key Safety projects valued from $50K $1M+.

* Conducted Pre-Startup Safety Reviews (PSSRs) within OSHA Process Safety Management (PSM) Areas, including being a key member of the Process Hazard Analysis (PHA)Team.

* Provided Ergonomic & Safety resources to the engineering staff while managing Engineering and Safety Projects, including reviewing all URSs (User Requirements) for safety impacts.

* Conducted risk assessments and tracked mitigation of high-risk safety issues for both Zero Access & Ergonomics, which included preforming ergonomic job assessments (EJAs) and writing and executing machine safety protocols.

Developed and managed the site's Business Continuity Plan (BCP) from 2008 through 2017. Planned, executed,

and successfully led key projects resulting in positive outcomes, such as the transfer of new packaging and

manufacturing equipment from other sites.

* Managed the CAD department including development of policies.

* Directed the start-up of the Super Sanitization Process.

Managed the production projects supporting the transfer of new processes into the site to include Desitin and
