Title: Molecular complex prediction in protein – protein interaction using fuzzy voter algorithm

Objectives:

This project is based on research for bioinformatics. It’s using two existing algorithm and one proposed algorithm. The existing algorithm is leapfrog and steepest descent algorithm. The proposed algorithm is fuzzy voter algorithm.

In this existing algorithm and proposed algorithm combine to find the molecular complex prediction using protein-protein interaction networks. Software: JAVA
