Construction Lending: Residential lending for borrowers, builders and developers. Maintained builder credit files for construction lines and processed loan applications for development projects. Processed construction-to-permanent loans through closing and set up for construction administration.

Project Management: Coordination and completion of projects by overseeing all aspects and phases. Define the scope of the project, detailed work plan, business requirements, target state processes, resources and schedule. Determine objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
