Role: Lab Technician
Responsibilities:
Testing urine, blood and stool samples for microbiological and biochemical analysis.
Biochemical analysis involved testing of sugars, hemoglobin, and bilirubin.
PCR Detection of microorganisms.
Worked at Health Ministry in Egypt (Mansoura Dakahlya) from 13/05/2014 to 26/12/2015.

Role: Lab Technician
Responsibilities:
To test the Food, Beverages Dairy Products and Water.
Handle machines like ph meter, autoclave, PCR, Moisture analyzer, Conductivity meter Refracto meter, HACH (DR3900) Gas detector, Microscope, Soxlit, Lacto scan (milk analyzer), Digestion Unit
(Kjeldahl), Titration system.
The food samples are tested for physical, chemical and microbiological analysis.
Handles documentation of laboratory
Media Preparation.
From 18th March 2017 till now working as lab supervisor at QUALITY LIFE LABORATORY in Kuwait.

o Key responsibility
Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure reliability of testing procedures, proper functioning of laboratory equipment and compliance with governmental regulations.
Oversee the maintenance of standard laboratory equipment’s within budgetary guidelines.
Report to the head QC on lab results which deviates from standards and specifications and recommend immediate corrective actions.
Oversee physical, chemical, genetic, sensory and microbiological sampling and environmental testing.
Test products for flavor, texture, color, nutritional content and adherence to government and industry standards.

Develop and update microbiological methods and procedures.
Make sure our lab technicians following the standard procedure during test.
Revision all lab reports and results.
Receiving customer complaints analyzed it and take corrective and preventive actions to solve and avoid it.
Training Experience:
Training for 3 months in Central Dekrnes Hospital at Al- Mansoura City in Egypt
Training at private Medical Analysis.
Computer Skills:
Well versed with computer applications such as MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Internet.
