WORK HISTORY:

I have been in the construction industry for twenty-five years, starting in the field and progressing my way from subcontractor, project manager, General Contractor, to Construction Manager.

From 1998 to 2012 I worked as a construction manager (in Atlanta, GA) specializing in restaurant and retail, in addition I have done a substantial amount of work in the big box industry, medical, fast and medium fast food and a substantial ground up.

From 2012 to present I have resided in the Tampa area, continuing ground up retail, office, big box, and restaurant construction throughout the lower 48, primarily the East with the majority in the Southeast.

EMPLOYERS: S.A. Kennedy, Alpharetta, GA, from 1999 to 2010 averaging about 50 projects a year. Working the lower 12 southeast states

Dmh Construction INC., Tampa, FL, from 2010 to 2012, President of company, handled Florida, GA, AZ and NC. Restaurants, retail build outs, ground ups.

Gannaway Construction, Florida, from 2014 to 2017, Handled Beachfront Highrise condos

Down Under Construction, from 2017 to 2018, Handled Beachfront condos primarily.

RECENT HISTORY:

Residential remodels, Additions, Kitchens and Baths.

Recently approved (only one from USA) to work on "The World" as a contractor directly for residents.

The largest and wealthiest floating residence in the world.

Each unit cost about 8 million to buy and 6 to 8 million to build out.

SKILLS:

Computer and office skills are excellent.

Have authored analytical spreadsheets as well as reports for corporation’s requirements.

Have created bid sheets, spreadsheets, budgets, cost analysis, and am more than capable of creating

what is asked to further clarify the company or project requirements. Well versed with, Timberline,

Project manager, Suretrak, word, excel, CAD, Primavera, etc.

Scheduling, running, and pushing a project to meet deadlines and budgets is priority. I have ran

several hundred projects in the southeast as well as other states, and have had many projects in

South Florida where I established strong working relations with building departments.

I have also ran projects including, airport expansions, rental car facilities, supercenters, strips,

Freestanding restaurants, office complexes, schools, and medical offices. Very particular to the

quality of workmanship as well as not deferring from brands specifications or owner’s expectations.

prior to, and throughout construction is key. Always looking for any opportunity to improve a brand through design or construction.

Meeting budgets, timelines, without sacrificing quality are priority.
