•Checking & testing function of switchgears, relays, VFDs, Safety relays, all type of instruments & meters in panels

•System, Marshalling & power cabinet's wiring & testing. MCC & PCC Panel testing for motor starter like DOL, Star-Delta & VFD testing along with circuit troubleshooting

•Quality Testing of System, Control & Power cabinets keeping in mind Quality Control Standards. This includes hardware design manual having system architecture, cabinet layout, internal cable routing, single line diagrams, loop wiring diagrams, etc.

•PLC Programming, I/O testing, firmware updating for various PLCs like Siemens by TIA Portal & Simatic STEP 7, AB PLCs Micrologix, CompactLogix & Controllogix by RS Logix 500 & 5000.

•Maintain the Technical Specification documentations, like production flowchart, Panel Inspection Report, ISO,CE & UL certification

•Attending CE and UL audits

•Attending Factory Acceptance Test

•Fault finding and troubleshooting of the electrical circuits to finalized Quality product

•Site visits for troubleshooting the issues like Electrical or PLC issues, communication issues & panel modifications

•Responsible for maintaining an inventory for spare parts and 5S activity

•Completing targeted work before schedule along with team
