Summary of Qualifications:
In 1990,1 started off working in the kitchen washing dishes to setting up the tray lines and then taking to food to the
dining room. Later I moved into the floor crew department waxing, buffing, and stripping the floors. Since
2000, I am in the building maintenance department performing various aspects of facility maintenance.
Enclosed is a brief summary of my skills and abilities.
Facility Maintenance: Follow guidelines for purchasing and storing supplies, materials, and equipment
including implementing an inventory control system that ensures cost-efficiency and operational
effectiveness. Plumbing and electrical repairs and troubleshooting, pneumatic controls, volume controllers,
pneumatic thermostat calibration, vav boxes, rooftop package units, split systems. Develop long-term and
daily maintenance goals promoting the company’s client satisfaction. Performs preventive maintenance on
plant equipment. Monitors the proper performance of equipment through routine equipment inspections,
Operates and performs the proper maintenance and repair of plant related equipment, Keeps assigned areas
clean and neat and in a safe manner. Performs all functions according to established policies and
