Developed a project plan, outlining key milestones, deliverables, meeting cadence, and dependencies based on multi-year release schedule for a large systems integration project.

Applied Agile principles towards work item management, coordinating project team member efforts around Agile ceremonies such as developing user stories, sprint planning, backlog grooming, conducing sprint retrospectives, and daily huddles.

Organizational Change Management (OCM) and Transformation
