Identify and implement strategies to improve quality of service, productivity and profitability, track customer complaint and resolution.
Handle complex and escalated customer service issue.
Process compensation, reimbursement, waivers and refunds for customers.
Enhance and manage business relationships with both existing and new clients.
Identify inactive (or dormant) subscribers and get them active on the network.
Suggest initiatives and solutions to improve experience of customer and maintain customer loyalty e.g. Retention campaigns and programs.
