The facility is situated at 2nd Industrial Area, Dammam in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The pipe division is capable of manufacture pipes up to X80 Grade as per API/EN/ASTM/ISO and other specifications. It has the capacity to produce the pipe length up to 18.00 meters, 24 meters through DJ process and coating plant is well suitable to handle the all sizes.
Responsibilities:-
Various NDT methods & Interpretation of defects at Plate UT and Weld UT by Automatic m/c. & Manual UT.
Make Calibration pipe and to Set the system as per customer specification requirements.
Familiar with following Code/Spec/Standards: - API-5L,1104, IS, etc.
Responsible for interpret & evaluate results with respect to codes, standards & specifications.
Organize & report the results of NDT tests.
Good Communication with TPI.
Feed back the HOD’s for the quality of products.
Responsible for inspection of Plate/Coil and pipe weld.
Preparing & analysis the of pipe testing report.
Directing & monitoring work of trainees, operators on day to day basis.
Coordination with third party inspection Agencies ( TUV, BVIS,SGS,TUBSCOPE,VELOSI,ITI etc)
