Working as DET- Team Leader in engine testing department in

MAHINDRA & MAHINDRA LTD, Nagpur

JOB PROFILE:-

As Engine Testing Team Leader handling team of 35 operators and their Test Bench wise allocation as per their multiskilling to ensure optimum output 180 tested engine.

Problem solving of Engine during Engine Testing according to troubleshoot problem of all type Engine Inline and CRDI Engine.

Diagnose the problem with the help of Diagnostic software of Electronic based Engine CRDI Engine.

Responsible person of Field issue and solved the problem according to trouble shooting and fully customer satisfaction.

Field failure analysis(Warranty analysis) Engine field failure analysis of Tractor, Genset, Industrial application Engine and BS-4 CRDI Engine.

Analysis of all rejection and find the roots cause and inform to all respective department.

Monitoring hourly production target as per plan.

Daily shift wise DWM data updating and review with Manger.

Coordinating with Production Planning, Logistics, Maintenance and Process to ensure Production with no loss.

Attending daily ORC meeting for component rejection analysis and action.

Maintain zero rework pending of rejected engine during engine testing.

Daily meeting of Test Bench operators for communication to improve their moral and communicate defect and quality data.

Ensure Engine serialized production declaration in SAP.

Updating production track sheet and email to the concerned department at shift end.

Shift Handover to next shift officer.

Kaizen for improvement of moral.

POKA YOKE implementation for Quality improvement.

PROJECT HANDLING:-

Engine Piston Seizure due to engine run without water Poka Yoke implementation in Test Bench.

Detect linear crack, Kaizen implementation in Test Bench.

Test bench modification according to new model of engine.

CORE COMPETENCE:-

Troubleshooting of CRDI and INLINE Engine of all issue in field and plant.

Hot Tappet Setting, Cold Tappet Setting.

Leader of Noise & Smoke certifying Team.
