Serve as the NCI Inc. Program Manager IV/ Contract Site Lead in Kabul, Afghanistan to manage personnel providing Network Operations Center (NOC) transition Operations and Maintenance (O&M) support to the Ministry of Defense (MoD) and Afghan National Army (ANA) Strategic Voice and Data Network throughout Afghanistan.
