General Responsibilities:

-FEED Study, Solve engineering technical problems, What If, Risk Assessment and HAZOPS..,Issue and approve drawings, Prepare SOW(Scope Of Work), MOC(Management Of Change),Do walk through, PSSR(A/B)(Pre-Start Up Safety Review) and follow construction of the new projects, RCFA (Root Cause Failure Analysis), Good knowledge of international codes and standards applied in oil & gas industry and like ASME B31.3,API 610,API 676 etc.

Corrective maintenance (CM).,Shutdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance (PM) and vibration reading for rotating machines.

Some of my achievements:

Reach with all the team to produce 120,000 BBD oil instead of 8000 BBD from Mukhaizna plant in Oman, Train 10 young engineers and they became self dependent in doing all the development activities of the plant, Participating in increasing the efficiency of heaters treaters,steam generators and main oil production unit by modifying some equipment and adding new compressor, Solving the central process oil unit instrument airline problem, Leading a team investigating the cause of beam pumps frequent failure
