Contracts Manager/Negotiator – 20 years

Negotiated and won domestic and foreign satellite contracts valued at more than $100 million dollars. Wrote numerous contractual arrangements and agreements with domestic and foreign companies that had never been developed previously at the Advanced Technology Center (ATC) in Palo Alto, California. Took the initiative to draft various types of follow-on contractual arrangements necessary to bring funding into the ATC. Wrote non-disclosure agreements, teaming agreements, and hundreds of winning proposals. Managed 29 salaried employees in contract compliance, data analysis and document management who under my leadership successfully delivered reports to users that were accurate and on time to support critical product deliveries. Presented business opportunities to potential foreign customers to obtain new contracts.

Product Assurance, Audit, and Supply Chain Management - 10 years

Directed the implementation of a computer information system for reporting product discrepancies which saved the company hundreds of thousands of dollars and as a result received the Superior Employee of the month.

Saved the Product Assurance Division hundreds of thousands of dollars by building and leading an outstanding team of auditors, financial planners, and forecasters to oversee financial assets for the Product Assurance Division.
