Worked on different Ericsson cabinets (RBS2102, RBS2106, RBS3206) used at the sites and recommending new configurations to help improve future increase in capacity.

Running different prediction plots in Atoll and making sure that the recommendations made are helpful in improving in the coverage.

Responsible for creating justification packages for the approved sites and updating them in Atoll.

Involved in many recommendations like adding new carriers, changing TMA'S to suite the different configurations used at the site, changing cabinets and any other changes needed to improve the coverage.

Involved in E911 site selection, creating drive routes for checking handovers from different BSC'S and RNC'S
