August 2016 – Present: Sr. Radio Field Optimization Engineer, Vodafone Egypt (Outsourced through Premier).

oDrive test analysis using TEMS® programs & other tools to find and troubleshoot consistently bad spots.

oTaking actions (like RET change, Cell re-orientation, Power and Parameters re-tune) to solve those spots.

oCreating Automated Audits (Using SQL) to solve inconsistencies like Crossed Feeders, Missing Relations, Idle and DRD settings using input from both Drive Test and OSS.

oChecking Performance and Impact of Actions using OSS (Ericsson, Huawei U2000 and PRS).

oManaging a team of 5 drive testers to check NW complaints and regularly test enhancements before and after actions.

May 2015 – August 2016: Sr. Telecom Support Engineer, Nexius (Business partner of Ascom).

oWorked with Ascom Customer Care to solve cases for Tems Tools (TI, TD, TA, TSS & TP) and tracked cases on SEREMA ticketing system.

oDid many upgrades and fixations to those tools and solved many cases.

oOne major case was solving a problem with wideband POLQA samples in TSS by upgrade and changing UE settings.

AWARDS RECEIVED

Received two Awards for Creating the Network Configuration Audits Stream and Automating

them using SQL Scripts created from scratch (Also, tracked call drop rate enhancements after solving

most cases which was around 2% on average on the sites having mismatches).

Received An Award for outstanding performance in an assignment for Nexius in Ghana to fix Tems

Symphony Tools where I solved SW problems during re-imaging our customer’s tools and also, handled

extra issues that was not planned in this task.
