Presently working in Panyam Cements and Mineral Industries as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) from September 2016 to till date.

Nature of Works:

Checking vibration for all running equipments in condition monitoring. And daily prepared for vibration readings documentary.

Maintenance of all machineries like FK pumps, Fans and checking the running plant & observing conditions and monitoring.

Daily monitoring the ball mills of raw mill (3.2x11.50meters length)and its accessories in

the Circuit.

Having experience in maintenance of kiln (Size-3.3x53 meters length)and its supporting

rollers. RABH, Cooler and DBC.

Maintenance of bag filters.

Having experience in maintenance of all Material conveying equipment’s like bucket

elevators, belt conveyors, F.K pumps and Air slides etc.

Having experience in using precision measuring instruments and alignments of various

drive system with dial gauge & master level etc.

Maintaining the spares as per required & rising material requisition order.

Maintaining the records like equipment history books, lubrication schedule files, daily

checklists, etc.

Taking safety measures while doing the job.

RESPONSIBILITY IN CEMENT INDUSTRY:

Documenting daily mechanical maintenance activities on mechanical logbook.

Always Ensures and follows safety work procedures & permit system.

Site survey, technical discussions, co-ordinate for drawings and other standard requirements.

Close supervision of installation of equipment and reporting to superiors.

Responsible for step by step inspection and clearances of equipment.
