Director of Manufacturing & Engineering, 2004 to 2017

Championed entire manufacturing operations, which included all production, quality, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and Research and Development (R&D) across multiple facilities.

Mentored four middle managers and supervised over 50 indirect reports. Partnered with external Staffing Partners during peak season to acquire up to 80 temporary Production Workers. Directed Computer Programmers in step-by-step assembly and accurate internal customer order builds with proper identification. Forecasted supplier safety stock item levels based on seasonal requirements. Sourced for and selected the manufacturer/installer to extend our manufacturing capabilities for a 14,000 sq/ft 2nd floor interior mezzanine.
