Championed entire manufacturing operations, which included all production, quality, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and Research and Development (R&D) across multiple facilities.

Mentored four middle managers and supervised over 50 indirect reports. Partnered with external Staffing Partners during peak season to acquire up to 80 temporary Production Workers.
