Devised a listing fee structure for companies based on market capitalization and competitive analysis to maximize the revenue for the Exchange with a focus on retaining existing listed companies

Performed data collection, and feature engineering to find companies that were listed on regional exchanges, and reached out to them to list on BSE instead, again positively affecting revenue generated from listing and transaction fees

Performed Data Analysis on historical trading data to identify high net worth brokers to target for onboarding on to the iBBS (BSE’s Internet Based Book Building System) platform. Subsequently devised sales incentives based on this this data. This measurably increased transaction volume on the platform

Digitizing listing requests:

Enabled companies to file listing applications, and other corporate filings online (instead of submitting it by paper)

This enabled rapid and error free data collection which resulted in the ability to analyze the data faster, increasing the efficiency of information dissemination

Online Listing Centre Portal (BSE Listing Portal):

Initiated and implemented software requirements for BSE’s Online Listing Centre Portal enabling listed companies to submit various compliances and listing applications online

BSE’s Listing Operations Revenue Tracking:

Initiated the tracking of listing department revenue, expenses and operating expenses. Developed reports to track capital expenditures and report listing department revenue business. Prepared comparative analysis of listing segment revenue with respect to competition.

Headed the Marketing team for arranging and providing training programs for traders and banks in various cities across India on usage of iBBS incorporating all the above-mentioned modules
