Responsible for product quality assurance testing as part of engineering development test team, writing test plans, reviewing functional spec and design spec of various features and automating test cases using Python to test software features. Created test suites and reusable test libraries, portable across multiple features. Responsible for testing Restconf and YANG models for switches, verifying Python libraries and utilities on Github to configure and monitor devices. Also tested fiber channel and features like security, nameserver, zoning, FCoE, iSCSI, platform features, High availability features, switch API, MAPS, and many others. Utilized multiple traffic test tools from finisar, Agilent, IXIA and Spirent. Tested switch monitoring and management features using tools like Postman, CURL, Kafka, and Secure servers like Radius, TACACS+, LDAP, HTTPS and Docker containers.
