Responsible for complete electrical hardware design and drawings development (AutoCAD).

Responsible for design graphics for FIS SHAP - South BIW and South Paint Shop (all new equipment), created chart for machines naming, FIS PLC chart.

Manufactures precision measurement and testing equipment.

Responsible for electrical documentation and drawings development (ElectroCAD) and build support, robot

interface and controls. Using safety controllers (GuardLogix, PILZ, ProfiSafe), VFD and Servo Motor control

(Siemens and Allen Bradley). Participation in engineering and product development meetings. Follow customer

machine standards (Ford, GM), customer engineers and approval process. Installing and troubleshooting

Responsible for the software design, developing project by name ADA WasteWater phase 1.

Startup, commission project in site ADA, Ohio

Design based on Siemens TIA 13 Portal projects.

Phase 1 included sequence of 5 pumps in auto, manual and service modes, based on level and time. Set all analog set points properly.
