MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:

Reporting directly to the Operation Manager. Ensuring the Work is consistent with the Contract Documents.

Ensure that all required permits, insurance and bonds documents are available before start the project.

Cross check BOQ, Specification,drawing in line with contract.

Managing and directing construction manager and engineers. Managing sub- contractors, working closely with Project Planning and Controls to establish and maintain the Master Schedule and budget.

Ensure that all relevant managerial tools are being implemented like organization chart, schedules, material approval and ordering lists, shop drawing log, method statements, PQP, Project health, safety and Environmental plan etc.

To follow up the approval of all long lead items and its delivery on the site to move the site progress smoothly.

To review the result of all test reports.

Ensuring Construction manager and his teams are organized, monitoring and managing the various tasks and inspection services.

Monitoring and managing the various tasks and inspection services required throughout the construction period .Interfacing all pertinent parties with commissioning and start up activities.

Monitoring progress, preparing progress reports. Organizing and conducting pre construction meeting for all major activities Chairing weekly progress meetings with the management team.

Monitor and oversee the performance of the sub- contractor in relation to the timely execution of the works at site in all technical, safety related, commercial and legal aspects.

Ensuring continuity of the job progress and maximizing efficiencies related to the work.

Monitoring and expediting labor performance, manpower allocation, to ensure effective use time and cost ensuring the use of sound construction practices to attain required quality control. Ensuring maximum efficiency to enable delivery of the project on time and within the budget

Submit the invoice of completed work to consultant for approval.

Work change request will be registered and informed to consultant for its cost and time impact.

E. O. T should be send to consultant for approval after getting approved W. C. R

Ensure all required materials are approved and delivered on the site timely.

All claims should be finalised.

To hand over the Project dossier to consultant.

To complete the De-Snaging list

To demobilize the resources from the site.

To hand over the Project to consultant and request him to give project completion certificate.
