Incoming Materials Inspection checking by conforming the specification, conducting the measurement test for its acceptance according to Approved Criteria of Inward Material(ACIM).

Resolving Quality Issues in Production by analyzing problems, examining solution options, providing action plans.

Quality Documentation Reports preparation such as Production Part Approval Process(PPAP), Percentage Inspection of parts Sampling Tolerance(PIST), CONTROL PLAN(CP), Process Flow(PF), Failure Mode & Effects Analysis(FMEA), Approved Criteria of Inward Material(ACIM).
