●Troubshoot program and calibrate VFD’s drives such as Allen Bradley PowerFlex 70, Emerson Siemens Toshiba and Westinghouse. Voltages from 115v to 230v 460v. Calibrated different digital valve controllers.
●Reading P&IDs, Electrical, Pneumatics and Hydraulic Schematics and prints.
●Instrumentation sets ups and calibrations. . Calibrated control pump and control valves 4 t0 20mA Loop pressures /flowsBy using lap tops and control panels diagnose and making command changes. Repair Electrical systems.
● Repair or upgrade Mech, ADC controllers and swing arms.
● Repair and PMS on competitors air dryer and go over air compressor upstream of air dyer Filtration system.
●Fill out reports on service done to customer equipment and recommend service that needs to be done next.
●Observe other customer equipment that could be worked. See if customer needs new Parts, dryers and possible other service opportunities and possible upgrades on equipme
●Travel far sites. Working in the city and over nights stays.
