I supervise over fifty users using Microsoft Office 365. I have experience with VMware vSphere client program monitoring virtual machines and manage windows server 2008 R2, resetting passwords and managing domain users. I have experience with Ruckus wireless access points and Netgear switches. I trouble shoot issues with Amcom printers as well as home personal printers. I am also familiar with cloud backup program including Carbonite. I also manage over a VoIP system called 3cxphones. I also terminate CAT 5 and CAT 6 cables. I have experience with troubleshooting networks and Internet issues.
