Talent Development Manager
Provides first class training by a dedicated team of trainers who are experienced in operations with extensive knowledge of One Best Way processes. Training is conducted within the training facility as well as on the sales floor of a Walmart store. As Academy Manager I ensure the delivery of a great academy experience for all associates who attend training.
