Troubleshooting plant electrical problems to determine their cause and recommends options for eliminating such problems. Includes carrying out tests on equipment.

Monitoring and preventive maintenance of critical equipment and corrective actions to avoid breakdown.

Planning for resources and manpower for planned shutdown of the plant and execution including start-up.

Daily Power monitoring, calculations and reporting on monthly basis.

Maintenance of backup power in 625 KVA *3, 500KVA and 125KVA diesel generator.

Knowledge on PLC programs.,Limit switch, Pneumatic switch, Sensor switch.

Monitoring and preventive maintenance of checklists itemIn bus(Self motor, Alternator, Battery, Indicators, Meters, Oil levels, Engine conditions,etc).

Knowledge in Electrical schematic diagrams (Blue print).

Inspecting and Testing and RE conditioning of batteries in various Amphr.
