Summary:
Some of my experiences as a hospitalist on Medical/Surgical and telemetry floors:
Managing different kinds of diseases including ACS, Heart failure, diabetes, kidney failure others under the physician supervision.

Taking care of about 15 to 16 patients per day in the inpatient setting.

Some of my skills as an RN in ICU and intermediate care units:
Preparing patients for cardiothoracic surgeries and providing post surgery care. (Wound care, pain management and preventing adverse outcomes.)
Managing Patient’s with Acute coronary syndrome (ACS).
Managing critical drips including vasopressors and anti arrhythmic drugs
Initiating and managing Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) and Aquapheresis.
