Objective:

An experienced Family Nurse Practitioner as a hospitalist is looking for a position as a cardiology Nurse practitioner with an opportunity for a continual professional growth.

Summary:

Some of my experiences as a hospitalist on Medical/Surgical and telemetry floors:

Managing different kinds of diseases including ACS, Heart failure, diabetes, kidney failure others under the physician supervision.

Admitting from ER; writing history and physical

Completing progress notes and discharge summaries.

Taking care of about 15 to 16 patients per day in the inpatient setting.

Completed 677 hours of clinical practice as an FNP student

Head-to-toe physical assessment and SOAP documentation.

Providing appropriate screening tests based on current guidelines

Ordering laboratory and imaging tests; interpreting the results

Some of my skills as an RN in ICU and intermediate care units:

Preparing patients for cardiothoracic surgeries and providing post surgery care. (Wound care, pain management and preventing adverse outcomes.)

Managing Patient’s with Acute coronary syndrome (ACS).

Managing critical drips including vasopressors and anti arrhythmic drugs

Initiating and managing Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) and Aquapheresis.
