I coordinated and managed the transfer of the data center to a new location: supervising the new location to make sure it is compliant to the standards and planning the transfer of the servers with minimum interruption.

I planned and supervised the upgrade of all the teller PCs and the servers of the branches by dispatching the technicians and follow up with them to assure the completion of the project.
