Responsible for executing daily cycle counts, staging orders and shipping both Domestic and International goods (VIP Shippers, Bulk Shippers, etc.). Familiar with Dangerous/HAZMAT Goods.

Responsible for adhering to specific regulatory guidelines such as IATA, DOT, and following strict SOP’s/Work Instructions.

Load and off -load packages from trucks and containers both individually and as a team depending on the volume of packages.

Scan package barcode as they are loaded or off- loaded.

Build and stack pallets with a pallet jack.

Responsible for budgeting, fundraising, finding and acquiring land & house and hiring and training caretakers in every aspect of their job, including working with orphans extended families, the community and the local government

Fundraise both in USA and in Indonesia

Oversee book keeping

Train and mentor caretakers as needed on issues that arise in the house and with the kids including financial issues, child behavior issues, school issues, community relations etc.
