About Project: OAPI’s Neuro, Hospital, Oncology and MDD sales teams are using legacy Sales Force Application systems from Cegedim. OAPI’s goal is to have all sales teams on the same Sales Force Application system, supported by a robust, stable infrastructure integrated with other downstream systems. This would require expertise of Sales force and Veeva iRep application functionality to implement and test the system is designed as per the client needs.

The Portal provides the users with the ability to assist the customers to select Verizon products & services, to initiate orders, review billing inquiries, report network trouble and inquire on status. The Portal VzB offers a web-based application for both Customer Representatives and for Customers which involves Modules/products like Billing Inquiries, Ordering, Account Hierarchy, Repairs, Rendezvous, VWMS, iPrice, eBonding etc., Services enabling Verizon to become a one-stop, single point-of –contact for customers coast-to-coast.

Responsibilities

Analyzed business and system requirements and developed test strategy for testing the application.

Created Test Plans, Test Cases/Scripts and Business scenarios based on the business and functional specifications.
