WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Providing Help Desk Support services to end users and make sure the process is run smoothly and effectively.
• Act as Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support and resolves User Service Requests

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, operates and repair all Communication and IT Configuration Items and operating systems (Windows 7, Windows 10) used by end-Users in his/her location
• Repair Hardware by replacing parts for defective laptops and desktops.
• Report any potential problems relating to the reoccurring incidents to the Service Desk Manager
• Assist Operations Unit staff in the review, testing, migration, and upgrade of customized application software systems/platforms when and how required
• Maintain networks (cabling/wireless, switches, and routers)
• Oversaw Radio Room Staff and maintain shifts schedules using office Package Programs
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Exchange, SharePoint)
• Provide written daily reports of radio room activities including hand over notes
• VSAT installation and maintaining
• Networks (Wire, Wireless) monitoring and active thread eliminating
