Operations Molding Manager – JOHNSON CONTROLS/YANFENG 4/2015 – 4/2016

Safety, quality, training, team work and continuous improvement. Manage assembly and plastic injection molding functions. 220 shop floor employees and 12 production supervisors. Responsible for cost, delivery. Automotive interior applications. 57 presses (150T-3500T)

Operations Manufacturing Manager – CUMMINS 12/2013 - 12/31/2014

Specialized in the high and low volume steel fabrication of trailers, shipping containers, large and small fabricated parts, powder, e-coat and wet coating, bending and forming services. ISO 9001 certified. Design to prototype. CNC machining centers, sheet metal and pipe bending, shears, Turret punch, stamping, break presses, painting, machine shop (machine shop used for tooling design for production and for first article), lasers, plasma cutters, sand blasting and assembly operations and welding.

Direct reports were: Manufacturing Manager, Human Resource Manager, Engineering Manager, Procurement Manager, Quality Manager, Financial Manager and Maintenance Manager. Other responsibilities were the initial contract reviews and periodic contract updates with Defense Contract Administrators.

Indirect reports were 270-300 employees. Responsible for safety, quality, on time delivery and P&L. Security Clearance

Gave the Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification Act (Warn Act) in 4th quarter of 2006 and again in 1st quarter of 2007. Plant closed in April 2007
