•Responsible for a wide range of internal and external video projects for the Disney business unit charged with creating and expanding the company’s theme parks and resort properties.
•Led and was involved in all aspects of video production, media installation and media presentations.
•Facilitated Walt Disney Imagineering to transition to high-definition video and projection.
•Managed all audio and video equipment and directed the production crew for annual internal updates, uniting more than 1,000 employees from both California and Florida via video teleconference and satellite technology.
•Served as technical director of 11 Themed Entertainment Award productions, the industry’s equivalent of the Academy Awards.
•Produced media for Imagineering’s senior executives’ external speaking engagements and oversaw the audio/video aspects of their presentations.
•Served as Imagineering’s lead cameraman, taping corporate messages from celebrities and executives, including Bob Iger, Michael Eisner and Roy Disney.
•Worked with many Imagineering project teams, spanning the entire creative and production spectrum, from idea conception to field installation on projects around the world, including extended assignments at Disney’s 11 theme parks in California, Florida, Tokyo, Paris and Hong Kong, as well as on its two cruise ships which were built near Venice, Italy.
•Shot footage, produced media, provided technical advice and worked with broadcast news crews at more than 75 domestic and international grand opening events.
•Videotaped behind-the-scenes productions to multi-image programming for corporate sponsorship presentations to Fortune 500 companies.
•Worked closely with Imagineering management on presentations to corporate participants such as Kodak, Coca-Cola, American Express and AT&T.
•Provided production expertise for a variety of projects for Disney Consumer Products, the Disney Channel, ESPN, the Disney Cruise Line and the Disney Institute at Walt Disney World. Received screen credit for ten theatrical releases as principal cameraman.
