● Review all documents to ensure they meet the drawing and customer requirements.

● Conduct dimensional inspection of complex machine parts, casting, and tooling.

● Ensure interpretation/conformance with sheet metal parts ANSI-Y-14.5, MIL-Q-9858A, MIL-STD-105,IPC-A-610D,IPC-A-610F,IPC/WHMA-A-620 worked with customers when source would come in to inspect processes utilized by inspection i.e. Lockheed, Boeing, NASA, Navy, Air force.

● Execute Inspection Set-up techniques utilizing surface plate, rotary table, CMM QC5000, tooling, shop aids, and calibration.

● Conduct quality audits, calibration, and F.O.D for various departments.

● Create non-conformances, MRR, and disposition parts in accordance with quality standards.

Role-Specific Knowledge:

● Proficient in dimensional inspection of complex aerospace parts, i.e. detonator parts, satellites, launch systems, missile systems, tactical weapons, and aircraft and underwater exploration vehicles/devices for NASA, Lockheed, PAC 3, and other various programs.

● Comprehensive knowledge and usage of all inspection tools.

● Knowledge of Geometric Dimension and Tolerance.

● Ability to adapt, quick learner, team leader and player with the ability to work independently.
