Maintaining the Lab facility and requirements.

Managing purchase of materials & maintaining of minimum inventory.

Hiring machinery and equipment’s.

Processing necessary requisitions materials, machinery and equipment’s from the lab.

Obtaining quotations.

Reviewing specifications and Preparing comparison sheet

Negotiating best prices & terms and making the L.P.O

Arranging delivery in coordination with site store keeper.

Checking materials quality in the view of approved sample in coordination with project QA/QC and quantity comparing with L.P.O.

Shipping the cancelled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.

Resolving discrepancies regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property.

Independently handling material, machinery and equipment's arrangement’s up to finalization with Accounts and Auditors.

Passing the Invoices of suppliers & undertaking physical verification.
