Title Automatic Detection of Brain Tumor From MRI Scans Supervisors Dr. Ankita Pramanik

Description The thesis aims to improve computer aided diagnosis accuracy for brain tumor detection.The efficacy of the proposed segmentation algorithm is demonstrated on the BRATS-2012 dataset through the dice coefficient of 88 percent on an average for the images against the existing works.
