Company Profile: My Home Industries is a Joint Venture between My Home Group & CRH an Irish building material major having presence in 33 countries across 3500 locations. My Home Industries has introduced its own product – MAHA CEMENT. It has three manufacturing units in Nalgonda with a capacity of 3.20 million tons and a cement grinding unit at Mulakalapalli in Visakhapatnam with a capacity of 1.60 million tons.

Main Roles & Responsibilities:

Manpower & Loading planning for Rake dispatches

Raising indent for Rake loading.

Placement planning of Rake at siding

Follow-up with the internal departments of Plant like Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation for looking after the smooth operation of Rake Loading inside our Plant.

Preparation of “F” Note enclosures

Ensuring of proper debris cleaning from the boxes before rake loading

Proper checking of total boxes to avoid sick wagons for loading

Supervising proper coverage of tarpaulins inside the wagons

Keen monitoring of Rake loading at wagon siding

Forwarding Bags issue requisition for rake loading

Trouble shooting ability of rake loading problems

Ensuring 100% quality dispatches without damages or shortages

Having a good command on contract workmen

Follow – up with service departments for smooth operation of rake loading

Frequent checking of packed bag weights

Ensuring Branding activity of week, month, year & MRP for PP Woven Sacks

Continue follow up with Contractor supervisors for in time loading completion

Keen monitoring of dispatches for quality dispatch

Shunting planning when required

Involving in doors closing, sealing activities after completion of wagons

Co-ordinating with Railway officials for both INWARD Raw Materials (Like Clinker, SLAG etc.,) Rakes and also for the Outward Cement Rakes movement for better operation.

Having a good relation with Entire marketing team to avoid problems in market

Follow-up with transporters for vehicle arrangement

Adopted safety culture for Zero accidental operation

Identification of unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, reporting near misses
