Designed and coded Sales Reporting programs for a Marketing Information System. Programs were written in LIRC, the batch reporting subset of LINC, a Burroughs 4th generation application generator/programming language for Burroughs mainframes.

Designed and coded programs to accomplish application-specific file transfers between a Burroughs Medium System mainframe and a Burroughs B-25 microcomputer.

Installed Burroughs CP-9500 minicomputers running Burroughs CMS operating system, BRJE remote job entry software, and ODESY (On Line Data Entry System) at chemicals plants located in Geismar, Louisiana and Wichita, Kansas. Project included set-up and maintenance of minicomputer communications networks using CMS GEMCOS and CMS NDL. Identification, design, and development of all required data entry screens using ODESY. Training of data entry personnel in use of ODESY, and RJE operators in use of CMS system intrinsics, utilities, and BRJE package. Design and documentation of all necessary operational procedures, such as start-up, shut-down, daily backup of ODESY system, periodic reformatting of system disk and reload of software, etc.
