• Personally performed on-site auditing of external contractors, coupled with the Watch & Protect Program, reducing company’s hit per 1000 locates ratio by 14%, from 7.2 to 6.2. This reduction brought the company’s incentive goal from over threshold to within target. Associate Engineer, Corrosion Control Group 2012–2013 Managed 20 contracted locators and 12 internal corrosion technicians who were direct reports.
